Instruction
Wash the lentils and bring them to a boil. Set them aside to cool. Stir in a pinch of salt and the curry powder.
Chop the lentils with a hand blender. Finally, add finely chopped parsley.
Slice the bell bell pepper, zucchini and onion and fry them. Put them aside.
Now it's the halloumi's turn. Cut it into strips and drizzle with chili oil. Put it in the frying pan.
Grab the buns and fry the cut surface very briefly in the pan. This will make them nice and crispy.
Spread the buns for the halloumi burger with the lentil spread. Next, add arugula and the tomato slice.
Now you put the halloumi in the burger. The crowning touch is the sautéed shallots, zucchini and bell pepper pieces.
