Instruction
Wash the grapes. Remove the seeds, if any.

Cut the pulp from the mango and put it in the smoothie maker with grapes.

Wash the leafy vegetables, chop them and puree the ingredients together.
100 g celery stalks,
100 g spinach leaves,
50 g arugula
Now add lemon juice and water. Puree again and stir in chopped flax seeds.

250 ml water
Let the smoothie rest for 5 minutes. Done!
