Wash the spinach and drain well. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and peel. Put both in the smoothie maker and add almond milk. Blend the ingredients.
80 g spinach, 1/2 avocado, 200 ml almond milk
Add yogurt, almond paste and chia seeds and mix the ingredients thoroughly again. Let the shake rest for 5 minutes, give it another quick shake and you're done!
