Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180°.
I assume you have already cleaned and dried the seeds.
Put the seeds in a bowl with oil and spices.
Spread the kernels on the tray, making sure they are not on top of each other.
At 180°, the kernels need 10 to 15 minutes, depending on their size.
