Instruction
Put rolled oats, spelt flour, baking powder and erythritol in a bowl. Mix well together.
Now add applesauce, oat milk and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients well together - this works wonderfully with a whisk.
If the dough is too firm, add a little more vegetable milk.
Fry the pancakes with a little oil in a pan on both sides for about 2 minutes. The pancakes taste best fresh with an applesauce topping.
