Instruction
Pour eggs and cottage cheese into a bowl. Mix with the mixer and after 10 seconds slowly add the remaining ingredients, alternating.
Ready is the dough for the egg white bread recipe.
Grab a loaf pan and line it with baking paper. Spread the dough in it and sprinkle the bread with seeds at the end.
At 180° upper-lower heat or 160° hot air, the bread needs about one hour.
If the bread gets too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
