Instruction
Grab a large bowl. Weigh the ingredients and mix all the dry ingredients (everything except water and olive oil) in the bowl.
100 g ground almonds,
125 g sunflower seeds,
25 g psyllium husks,
25 g of ground flax seeds,
25 g coarsely chopped hazelnuts,
40 g chia seeds,
1/2 tsp. baking soda,
1/2 tsp. sea salt,
2 tsp bread spice
Now follow olive oil, balsamic vinegar and the water.
220 ml of water,
15 g olive oil,
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Now knead the ingredients with your hands into an even bread dough.
Put the dough for the protein bread recipe aside for 10 minutes. The psyllium husks and chia seeds absorb the liquid and bind the dough together.
Now form a loaf with your hands and place the bread on a baking tray with baking paper.
Bake the bread for 60 minutes at 160° hot air or 180° upper-lower heat.
