Instruction
Wash the celery stalks. Cut the stalks into thin strips.
Quarter the apple and core it. Now cut it into cubes and mix it with lemon juice. This will prevent the apple from turning brown.
Mix the sour cream with salt and pepper.
Now mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Garnish the celery salad with the greens of the stalks.
