Instruction
Remove the peel and seeds from the melon. Put the pulp in a bowl.
500 g watermelon
Now add the juice of half a lime. Blend the two ingredients and fold in the lemon zest.

Now place the bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then stir everything well and freeze it again.
Repeat the process 3 to 4 times every 20 minutes. Until the sorbet has a nice crystalline consistency. Bon appetite :)
