Make sure that you use very ripe fruits. Clean them thoroughly, peel and wash them. But be careful not to soak them in water - just rinse them briefly. Otherwise the taste will be lost.
Puree the fruit with water. If you like, you can now add honey or erythritol. Birch sugar is also suitable. How much sweetener? Just taste :)
Fill the mixture for the water ice into ice molds.
Put it in the freezer. Let the ice cream freeze for at least 3 hours. After that you can carefully check if it is ready.
Notes
If you decide for example for orange with birch sugar then you just come to 22 calories per ice cream. Yummy :)
