Instruction
For the quick hollandaise sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. It must not get hot!
Salt the egg yolk and beat until foamy. If you want to make your own Hollaindaise sauce, you can use a blender, a hand blender and hand blending.
Add mustard to the egg yolk and pour in white wine. Continue to stir diligently.
Now slowly pour in the melted butter.
Stir until you have a creamy homemade hollandaise sauce. Finally, add the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
