Boil the green spelt meal in vegetable broth. Let it simmer for 20 minutes on the lowest heat. Remove from heat and let cool.
Wash and grate the zucchini. Salt the zucchini and set aside. The salt now extracts the liquid from it.
Rasp the carrot. Chop the parsley.
Chop the onion and fry it with olive oil.
Mix onion and parsley in a bowl.
Press the zucchini firmly with a kitchen towel. Now it comes together with all the other ingredients in the bowl. Knead the ingredients with your hands and season the green sprouts with spices. Let the ingredients rest for 5 minutes.
Form loaves with wet hands and fry them on both sides for a few minutes. Done!
