Instruction
Preheat the oven to 200°. Grease the lasagna dish.
Wash the chard thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Divide chard leaves and stems.
Chop onion, garlic and herbs.
Cut the zucchini into very thin strips with a peeler. Salt them a little and dab off the water.
Heat a little olive oil in the pan and fry the onion and chard stems. After a few minutes, add the leaves. Salt, pepper and add the vegetable broth.
Cut salmon fillet into strips. Salt and pepper.
The first layer is lasagna sheets of zucchini. Cover the sheets with chard. Sprinkle the herbs on top of the chard.
Now the salmon goes on top of the leafy vegetables. This is followed by another thin layer of chard. Then again lasagna sheets and so on.
The last layer is chard sauce. Sprinkle cheese on the low carb lasagna and put it in the oven.
Bake the chard lasagna for 30-45 minutes at top and bottom heat. Cover with aluminum foil if it gets too dark.
