Put the ground coffee beans into the French press. Pour in boiling water.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Pour it into a blender jar with the MCT oil.
Pour in the finished coffee and froth all the ingredients with a milk frother, blender or hand blender. Do this until the butter and oil have combined with the coffee and no fat layer is visible.
