Instruction
Remove the leaves from the cabbage. Cut two steaks, about 2 cm thickness and put them on the baking tray with baking paper.

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, chili powder and paprika powder in a bowl.

5 tablespoons olive oil,
1/4 tsp. chili powder,
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
Squeeze two cloves of garlic and fold them in.

Coat the cauliflower with it. Salt and pepper.

Bake the steaks for 15 minutes at 200° convection oven. Or 20 minutes at 180° upper-lower heat.
