Have you heard about the latest breakfast trend? Nature's Cereal now brings lots of vitamins and color to the table!

Sausage, cheese, bread, honey, jam and butter - the classic breakfast of many Germans and Austrians. Pretty boring, unhealthy and colorless! A new breakfast trend is making the social media world unsafe.

Push aside the greasy sausage, the nutrient-poor rolls and the sugary jam. Because now it's going to be really tasty and colorful on our breakfast table.

Nature's Cereal trends are showcased by a host of fitness influencers and lifestyle bloggers on TikTok and Instagram. There the breakfast bowls are prepared, so that it is almost too bad to eat. But as they say: The eye eats with you.

And a real eye-catcher are the dishes now really.

Let's take a look at Nature's Cereals and see what's behind this trend.

What is Nature's Cereal?

Good question! In any case, very healthy. In this breakfast trend, lots of fresh fruit mixed with seeds, grains and flakes end up in a breakfast bowl.

Fruits that should not be missing in the bowl:

  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Banana
  • Oranges
  • Melon
  • Strawberries
  • Mango

The main thing is fresh and not from the can is the motto.

Instead of mixing the fruit with milk or yogurt, coconut water is used. Nature's Cereal is therefore also a trend that is interesting for vegans.

And what must not be missing are ice cubes. What it is about the ice cubes, I could not find out unfortunately, but with the rising temperatures a cooling in the morning can not hurt.

The fruits and coconut water are topped with cocoa nibs, bee pollen or Cinnamon*.

The original recipe is unrivaled in its simplicity. You only need 4 ingredients and a little time. No wonder the recipe is so popular.

The recipe first appeared on TikTok in mid-February. Meanwhile, @natures_food's video has been liked 1.2 million times and has over 17,000 comments.

All who have tried it rave about a very special taste experience. No wonder, who can resist fresh fruit? So you fill a vitamin store early in the morning.

The flakes, seeds and grains provide you with plenty of minerals and healthy fats. You feel full for a long time and do not get ravenous appetite.

A true energy boost is supposed to occur after the meal. Many feel as if they could immediately run a marathon or pull out trees.

And by the way: So much fiber is incredibly healthy for the digestion. Constipation and digestive problems should be a thing of the past from now on.
