Ingredients
 

  • 1 TL Mustard seeds
  • ½ TL Peppercorns
  • 2 TL Paprika powder
  • 4 EL coarse sea salt
  • ½ TL dried rosemary
  • 1 TL Curry powder

Anleitung

  • Roast mustard seeds and peppercorns in a pan. Important: without oil!
  • Add the paprika powder. Put it in the mortar. Add salt and now the work can begin.
  • Once the salt is reasonably fine, add the dried rosemary needles.
  • Crush the ingredients with a mortar until you get a fine powder.
  • Finally, add the remaining ingredients to the spice mixture. If you were not able to chop the rosemary properly, you can simply sieve it out now.
