  1. Preheat the oven to 180
  2. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a small pinch of salt and 3/4 of the coconut blossom sugar until stiff
  3. Mix the remaining sugar with the egg yolk until creamy.
  4. Mix coconut flour, spelt flour and Baking powder* Stir the mixture into the dough
  5. Now add the milk to the dough. Until it forms a uniform mass. Attention: Not too much!
