Baked Oatmeal with berries and oatmeal

Ingredients
 

  • 40 ml Milk
  • 1/2 Pack Vanilla pudding powder
  • 25 g Oatmeal
  • 60 g Low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml Warm water
  • 1 TL Chia seeds
  • 1 TL Honey

Anleitung

  • Mix milk and pudding powder in a glass bowl.
  • Add the oatmeal and half of the water.
  • 2 minutes in the microwave with it.
  • Stir the mixture and add low-fat curd, a small pinch of salt, water, chia and honey.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes and garnish with berries. Done!

Tip: You can add the berries to the dough in advance or use them later for garnish. The advantage of the berries in the dough is that it becomes even juicier. However, the color is a little strange - but does not matter - tastes anyway :)
