Eat peanut butter normally? That's something for beginners :) We have turned Foodspring Peanut Butter and Coconut Oil into super delicious energy balls.

From the end of November at the latest, we all have a craving for something sweet in between. But it doesn't always have to be unhealthy cookies with too much sugar, butter and the like.

Homemade energy balls are the perfect alternative. Peanut butter and Coconut oil* particularly good.

We recently discovered the butter and oil in the Foodspring store, immediately ordered and experimented a little.

Foodspring Peanut Butter in the test

But first about the taste of the Foodspring Peanut Butter. If you are looking for a sweet peanut butter, you are wrong at Foodspring. Because in this product you will look in vain for sugar. This also makes the peanut butter taste so natural.

Foodspring Peanut Butter

Peanut Butter is a great source of energy and contains a lot of protein. So if you're working out, you can use it to grow your muscles even more :)

In the jar you will find 250 grams of the ocher cream. Before you use it, you should stir it thoroughly. The liquid part of the cream will separate from the solid part. With a small spoon you can change this immediately.

Many love to put the peanut cream on bread, use it as a topping or sauce. We turn it into Foodspring energy balls.

By the way, they fit not only at Christmas time, but all year round.

You won't find exact amounts for two reasons: on the one hand, because we made the ball by feel, and on the other hand, because tastes are very different. One prefers more coconut flakes, the other more honey.

Best you also work by feel and just taste again and again. Then the ball forming is even more fun by the way :)
