Instruction
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Wash the broccoli and divide the florets into small pieces. Now put the broccoli in the food processor until it becomes about the same as rice.
Put the broccoli in a bowl and put it in the oven for 5 minutes. This way the liquid will evaporate a little. Let cool in 1 minute.
Using a kitchen towel, squeeze the liquid out of the vegetables until a dry mass remains.
Now add salt, pepper, eggs and cheese.
Stir well and spread on a baking sheet.
Bake the low carb pizza crust for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.
Top the pizza and then let it bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
