Preheat the oven to 200° and line the baking tray with baking paper.
Wash and grate the zucchini. Put the pieces in a bowl and salt them. Let the zucchini stand for at least 10 minutes. The salt will now draw the water out of the vegetables.
Squeeze the zucchini very firmly with your hands and pat dry with the paper towel.
Mix the shavings with egg, parmesan and cheese.
Spread the low carb pizza dough thinly on a baking sheet. Put it in the oven.
After 20 minutes the pizza dough is ready. Top it according to your imagination and then put it in the oven again for 15 minutes.
