Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix them with a mixer. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The dough is very liquid - don't be surprised.
The low carb dough goes into the oven for half an hour at 180° top and bottom heat.
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onion.
Take the dough out of the oven. Turn it over and prick the top with a fork.
