Preheat the oven to 200° and line a tray with baking paper.
Pour the juice from the tuna cans. Put the fish in a bowl and soak up the liquid with kitchen paper.

Bake the Low carb pizza 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the pizza sauce. Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce with basil and oregano. If you like, you can also add garlic. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Take the dough out of the oven and brush it with the homemade pizza sauce.
Garnish with cheese. Cut mushrooms and onion into small pieces. Put them on the pizza dough and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
