Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180° and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix the curd, egg and cheese in a bowl. You can do this easily with a fork. Or you can use a blender.
Spread the dough in a round shape on the baking paper.
Bake the dough for 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with a little water. Spread the tomato paste on the dough.
Bake the pizza for another 15 minutes and then top with arugula and prosciutto.
