Mix the dry yeast into the lukewarm water. Stir well. Meanwhile, mix the salt, flour and seeds. Add this mixture to the yeast water. Now add the apple cider vinegar and knead firmly with a dough hook.
Put the dough aside for a good half hour to rest. In the meantime, you can preheat the oven to 180°.
When the dough has doubled in size, it is ready for the oven. Now put it on the middle rack for 50-60 minutes.
When it's done, turn it back out onto a wire rack, wait and in the meantime enjoy the super yummy bread smell :)
