Put the lukewarm (!) water in a bowl and crumble the yeast cube in it. Stir your bread recipe with a whisk until no lumps are visible.
Now add flour and salt. Knead firmly. The best way is to use a food processor. But also a mixer with dough hook does its job well.
Your dough for bread recipe is now compact and not liquid. Cover it with a cloth or foil. Put the dough in a warm place until it has increased by half. This will take 30-60 minutes. Depending on how warm it is.
When your bread dough has risen well, take it out of the bowl with a dough card. Pour your homemade bread into a loaf pan and let it stand for another 15 minutes.
Then it's off to the oven. Depending on the shape, your bread will take 50 to 60 minutes to bake. By the way, it is ready when it sounds hollow when you tap on the crust. After baking, place the bread on a rack and let it cool without the loaf pan.
