Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin sticks with a knife. The thinner the faster they are ready.
Grab a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of oil, chili salt and paprika powder. Mix the sweet potato sticks in it.
Place them on a baking tray that you have lined with baking paper. Important: They should have enough distance from each other and not lie on top of each other. After 20-25 minutes, the sweet potato fries are ready.
