Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180° top-bottom heat.
Mix whole spelt flour, baking powder, rolled oats, millet and amaranth in a bowl.
Peel and mash the bananas with a fork. Grab a wooden spoon and stir in the eggs.
Chop the cashews and chocolate into small pieces and add the softened butter.
Blend all ingredients together in a large bowl with a blender.
Grease a pan and bake the banana bread for about 40 minutes.
