Instruction
Wash the apples well.
Core them and cut them into small pieces. If you like, you can peel the apples. But this is not necessary.

Off with it into a large pot.
Fill the pot with water.

Bring the stewed apples to a boil, stirring frequently. Add cinnamon.
1 tsp cinnamon
Turn down the temperature. Simmer for 20 minutes.
If you like it thicker, pour off a little water now.
Chop the apple pieces with the hand blender. Let the puree boil up again briefly.
Pour the hot applesauce into the jars and seal them.
