Coconut sprinkles and mint topping
Instruction
Cut the ripe (very important!) banana into small pieces and freeze it overnight.
Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend well until a creamy ice cream mixture is formed.
And eat very quickly before it defrosts :)
