Let's be honest - who doesn't dream of a quick and creamy ice cream without an ice cream maker? Thanks to coconut milk and berries it becomes pleasantly fruity and creamy.
Put the bowl in the refrigerator to mix. You should also chill the glass in which you put the ice cream. The same applies to the coconut milk. The colder the ingredients and the working material, the longer the ice cream will remain solid.
Place the raspberries in a high-powered blender with the frozen berries, coconut blossom sugar, coconut milk, vanilla pulp, and shredded coconut.
Mix the mixture for 2 minutes on high speed. It should now be a creamy ice cream mass.
If your ice cream is too runny, just add a few more frozen berries.
Now you can either eat the berry ice cream immediately. Or simply freeze the vegan ice cream recipe with berries.
