Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180° top-bottom heat.
Remove the core of the apples.
2 Boskop apples
In a bowl, mix the chopped nuts, raisins, cranberry jam and cinnamon. Stir until a sticky mass is formed.
10 g Chopped hazelnuts,
10 g Chopped almonds,
20 g raisins,
1 tsp. cranberry jam,
1 pinch cinnamon
Fill this mixture into the apple. Bake it for about 25 minutes.
